$950.00Description: These 16 plait Rawhide Romal Reins are made of finely hand braided rawhide with 45 buttons and 9 barrel knots. The popper is hand stamped doubled and stitched skirting leather. The reins are braided 3/8 inch in diameter. The romal and reins are connected with an 1/2 inch latigo strap with rawhide balls and loops. The reins come with stainless steel swivel snaps. The romal and reins are each 48 inches long and the leather with rawhide connectors are 12 inches for a total of 108 inches. $108.00Description: This is a nice mecate to use on your 2 rein bosalita, your snaffle, or to use at home on any hackamore. This Round 3/8″ Nylon Mecate #DMR3, also called a McCarty, is 22 feet long and is made of round 3/8-inch nylon rope. It has a nylon tassel on one end and a latigo popper on the other end. Because of the narrow diameter this is a good rein for smaller hands. The mecate is only available in brown. The tan mecate shown in the picture on the horse is currently unavailable.
